TOM CRATCHLEY

Tom began a career in agriculture with positions on farms in Ireland and Switzerland. After graduating from Aberystwyth University with a degree in Agriculture in 2012, he entered a herd management role on a grass-based Gloucestershire dairy farm for 5 years. In 2017 he joined Evolution Farming where he was a Unit Manager and Equity Partner until 2021 when he moved up to Perthshire. Tom joined Anderson’s Northern in October 2022 and will assist the directors in preparing business appraisals, financial planning, ongoing management and consultancy advice and contract farming for both arable and livestock farms.

Tom has been married to Rachael since 2014 with two young children. Living in Auchterarder he enjoys hiking and camping in the local area and highlands with his family and dogs. Tom is keen on playing and watching rugby in his free time as well as helping Rachael with her horse-riding habit!
